Your Privacy

 

By using the Nolan/Cima International website, you agree to the terms and conditions of the User Agreement, including this Privacy Policy, and you consent to Nolan/Cima International’s privacy practices. This includes the use and disclosure of any personal information you have shared with us and its transfer to and storage on our servers in the United States.

Collection

You can browse the Nolan/Cima International site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Certain features and services on the Cima International require that you register and supply some information that allows us to identify you. We collect some information automatically from your computer while you browse our sites, such as where you go on the Nolan/Cima International website and what you do there. We collect your IP address, computer and connection information, browser type and version, operating system and platform, the URLs you come from and go to next, and a cookie number.

When you register on one of the sites in the Nolan/Cima International network, we collect and store your e-mail address and a password. You can also choose to provide the following personal information:

 

  • Member profile information, including first and last name, member name and location
  • Fulfillment information, including mailing address and phone number
  • Transaction and payment information, including credit card number and billing address
  • Other information that allows us to personalize your Nolan/Cima International experience—for example, your filter and profile preferences and the items on you shopping list.

 

We may get additional information from or about you in other ways not specifically described here. For example, you might contact customer support or respond to a survey, or we might get a third-party complaint about you.

 

We use the information we collect to:

  • operate the Cima International website
  • provide you with information and services you request
  • customize your experience on the Nolan/Cima International website
  • communicate with you about your orders, service updates and other administrative issues
  • send our RealRiders Members targeted marketing and promotional offers, based on their communications preferences
Shipping

 

For all orders, except orders of small parts and flat items, we use UPS Ground as the standard method. Please note that depending on the value of your order, we may require your signature at the time of delivery, to avoid problems.
For all small parts and flat items, we use Priority Mail or regular mail.

 

 

Return Policy



Before you return anything please read the following!

 

Please check your packages as soon as you receive them.

 

If the package is damaged, do not accept it or write “damaged” on the receipt.

 

If the order is not correct, or the sizing is wrong, please contact us immediately for an exchange.

We have to hear from you before you ship anything back or we will not accept your package when it arrives. When you call to describe your problem, we will give you a return authorization number that you need to write on the package. Make sure that you do this, or we will not accept your package.

 

You have 15 days to return any item, using any shipping method of your choice, the cost of the return shipping is your responsibility.

 

We will not be held responsible for items that are shipped to us using a method that does not allow for tracking (UPS, Fedex and some US Postal methods allow for tracking and signature); if your items happen to get lost between you and us, it is not our fault and we will not replace them for free!

 

All returned products have to be in perfect unworn, unused condition, with all the intact packing material, manuals and accessories. We carefully inspect all items that come back to us. Any items that we judge can’t be sold after you return it will be returned to you and you will not receive any credit for their value.


As a general rule, don’t try to return used items or items that you would not want to receive as a new item!

 

Warranty

Please note that all warranties for Nolan helmets are taken care of by us at Cima International. Some problems can be solved very quickly on the phone and do not require to ship your helmet but you need to call us to discuss your problem.

Please read the contents of the warranty card that came with your helmet or your communications systems before you call us.
